Alex Bowie brings 15 years of experience in the commercial property sector, beginning his
career as a Researcher at CoStar, where he engaged with property professionals across the
industry to gather market intelligence, news, and transactional data. This early exposure
provided Alex with a strong foundation in market analysis and a broad understanding of the
commercial real estate landscape.

He went on to join CBRE as a Property Assistant, supporting surveyors and Property
Managers on portfolios across the UK, including the rapid-paced London market. His role
involved coordinating daily management tasks, supporting client reporting, and helping
deliver high service standards across a variety of commercial assets.

Alex joined McIntyre Property Consultants

(now Optimal Property Management) in

October 2024 as an Assistant Property  Manager. Since then, he has thrived in a

client- and tenant-facing environment,

applying his experience and problem-solving mindset to deliver practical, timely solutions.

His ability to communicate clearly and manage competing priorities makes him a valued support within the team and a dependable

point of contact forstakeholders.

Outside of work, Alex is a keen tennis player and an enthusiastic Partick Thistle
supporter, interests that help keep life in perspective and bring balance to his professional drive.
